Positioned in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, this Kimpton hotel with two food & beverage concepts needed brand identities that matched the swagger of the property and its multiple offerings. Setting the tone, The Shane is a name rooted in the south that captures the natural confidence and ease of the hotel with a personal and inviting feel.

  • Naming

Located on the second floor of The Shane, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the street, Aveline is a kicked-up cocktail bar that features a fresh menu of cocktails in a stylish environment. Inspired by a French woman’s name meaning hazelnut, Aveline ties into the botanical theme of the bar with a refreshing, old-world charm.

Positioned on the ground floor of The Shane, with direct access from the street, Hartley Kitchen & Cocktails is a welcoming neighborhood spot where the energy is just right at every time of day. Inspired by the creative spirit of Midtown Atlanta, also known as the Heart of the Arts, Hartley grounds the restaurant with a warm, inviting feel. This is a place where visitors and locals gather side by side, sharing memories and meals.
